In this quadrant have a variety of threats, but the company still has strength in terms of its internal.
The strategy should be applied is to use force to take advantage of opportunities by way of long-term diversification strategy (product / market).

Quadrant III
In this quadrant the company faces a very large market opportunity, but on the other hand, the company is facing several constraints / internal weaknesses.
The company’s strategy is to minimize internal problems so that companies can seize market opportunities better.

In this quadrant is an unfortunate situation, because the face of various threats and internal weaknesses.
