How to searching for duplicates data entries on Microsoft Excel?

The following tips to find duplicate data in a excel sheet. If there is just little of entries, may be searches the duplicates data one by one is not a big problem. But what if the data is thousands or even more? The following tips may help. Tips are tested using Excel 2007/2010.

• Block the column of data to be checked.
• On the Home tab, select Conditional Formatting - Highlight Cells Rules - Duplicates Values - click OK.
• If there is the same data on each of cells, it will be given a different color. So it can be seen clearly if found duplicates data.
